We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Spinning Operators to join our manufacturing team. As a Spinning Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring spinning machines to produce high-quality yarn or fibers.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain spinning machinery.
Monitor the spinning process to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or production issues.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects.
Keep accurate production records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Positive manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced production workplace.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
