Key Responsibilities
Performance Testing: Design and execute large-scale strategies using Apache JMeter.
CI/CD Integration: Embed performance testing into pipelines and automate workflows.
Observability: Lead monitoring initiatives with Dynatrace.
AI Insights: Leverage Davis AI for anomaly detection, insights, and root cause analysis.
Automation Frameworks: Build frameworks for testing, reporting, and quality gates.
Bottleneck Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
ML Applications: Apply ML for workload modelling, traffic forecasting, and optimization.
Collaboration: Partner with Dev, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams.
Governance: Define standards, best practices, and governance.
Leadership: Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
Executive Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Observability & Monitoring
Solid hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
Proven use of Davis AI in production.
Expertise in APM, Observability, Root Cause Analysis,



and Performance Diagnostics.

Automation & AI
Experience developing Performance Automation frameworks.
Proficiency in Python scripting.
Applying AI/ML for traffic prediction, load simulation, workload modelling, and performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure
Robust experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expertise in JVM tuning, database optimization, API performance analysis, and infrastructure monitoring.

Valuable-to-Have
Experience with Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.
Exposure to Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
Experience with Kubernetes Performance Tuning.
Dynatrace certifications.
Client-facing consulting or skilled services background.
