Role Overview:

Aliste Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Full-stack Developer with expertise in Node.js , Mongo DB, React Native and React.js to join our core engineering team. In this role, you'll be

responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile and web applications that are scalable, intuitive, and feature-rich.

You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to transform ideas into powerful digital experiences. A working knowledge of AWS (1+ years) is also essential, as our infrastructure relies heavily on cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
Design, develop and maintain cross-platform mobile and web apps using React Native & React.js
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
Integrate with third-party APIs, SDKs, and internal systems.
Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and speed.
Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and version control (Git).
Ensure seamless deployment and monitoring using AWS services.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of qualified experience in Full-stack development.
Solid proficiency in Node.js, React Native / React.js
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS etc.) is mandatory.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Familiarity with TypeScript
Prior work in Agile development environments
