Robust early-career Android Developer Profile with hands-on Kotlin/Java and Android SDK experience

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 0–2 years of experience building Android apps, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience (internship experience counts for freshers).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have built two or more apps; anything live on the Play Store.

Mandatory (skill 1) – Must have a solid grip on Kotlin and/or Java and the Android SDK.

Mandatory (skill 2) – Must be familiar with the usual toolkit — Retrofit/OkHttp, RxJava or Coroutines, Gson, Jetpack/Arch components, and Room.

Mandatory (skill 3) – Must be comfortable with an app architecture pattern (MVVM) and Git.

Mandatory (skill 4) – Must have a feel for valuable vs bad design and common mobile UX patterns.

Mandatory (Company Background) – Must come from a solid B2C product company.

Mandatory (Education) – Must have a B.Tech from a Tier-1 college — IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs.
