Requirements
3+ Years of HR experience
Should have worked with company founders directly
Should be able to work from the office at our Current Delhi location
Should have created HR Policies, handled employee grievances
Should have managed employee onboarding & Exit formalities
Should have done recruitment of various levels in the organization
