We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid stakeholder management skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and a valuable understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
Configure and support Salesforce CRM solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release planning.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
Robust knowledge of requirement gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
Experience working on CRM implementation or enhancement projects.
