Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & CRM to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills, extensive real estate sales experience, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales targets and achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & CRM teams.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the complete customer lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, CRM activities, and MIS reports.
• Track and minimize customer cancellations, defaults,
and payment delays.
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer experience.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & CRM.
• Proven experience in leading sales and CRM teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valuable understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared or Odoo) and sales reporting.
• Working knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate documentation processes.
• Ability to drive business growth and build long-term customer relationships.
Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
