About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in digital marketing. You'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns while assisting with website management, SEO, and performance reporting across multiple client accounts.

What you will do
Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor budgets, bidding, audiences, and campaign performance.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Website & SEO
Update and manage client websites using WordPress or similar CMS.
Optimize landing pages for user experience and conversions.
Support on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research,



content optimization, competitor analysis, and backlink initiatives.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance across platforms.
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
Create client-ready reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising dashboards.

What You'll Bring
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing funnels.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Solid analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.

Bonus Points
Google Ads or Digital Marketing certifications.
Experience with paid advertising platforms or WordPress.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
