Role: Senior Manager – Tendering, Costing & Estimation (International Railway Projects)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering, costing & estimation for international railway projects

• Review tenders, RFPs, BOQs, Specs, and EPC/FIDIC contracts

• Prepare technical and commercial bids; develop pricing and risk strategies

• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor/JV proposals and prepare comparative statements

• Coordinate with business, procurement, finance teams for preparation of technical and commercial bids

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/JV negotiations

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred





• 10 to 15 years overall comprehensive experience in preparing international technical and commercial bids for railway projects

• Sound understanding of EPC contracts, tender documents and project costing

• Sound knowledge of handling large tenders, project commercials and international contracts is must

• Solid background in BOQ, cost/quantity estimation, rate analysis, and bid pricing

· Familiarity with railway works (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, track, OHE, stations)

• Robust experience working with international railway EPC contractors preferable
