Skilled Key is looking for an energetic and self-motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, the ability to screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with companies, and maintain recruitment records using our AI-powered HRM platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews with hiring companies.
Coordinate between candidates and employers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
