The Prospect

We are looking for a builder, not just a manager—a proven business leader who can scale Merits Capital into one of India's most respected wealth institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Own revenue, profitability, AUM, and business growth
Build and lead high-performance teams
Drive client acquisition, strategic relationships, and current revenue channels
Institutionalise systems, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability
Lead Sales, Wealth, Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, and Compliance




Build future leaders and reduce Founder's operational involvement

Ideal Profile
15–25 years of leadership experience
Proven success in Wealth Management / Financial Services / Capital Markets
Track record of building businesses and high-performing teams
Strong revenue orientation, integrity, and decision-making
Technology and AI-positive mindset

What We Offer

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
