Roles & Responsibility

• Strong experience in channel sales within the real estate industry.

• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies for business generation.

• Ability to generate sales through channel partner network and ensure target achievement.

• Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and engagement activities with channel partners.

• Robust experience in sales closure through channel-driven business.

• Identify current channel partners and expand market reach across assigned territories.

• Maintain healthy relationship with existing partners and ensure continuous business flow.





• Track channel partner performance, lead conversion, and sales pipeline effectively.

Candidate Required

• Candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential real estate channel sales

• Strong network with channel partners, brokers, and IPCs in Chennai market preferred.

• Positive knowledge of local property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and lead conversion skills are essential.

• Target-oriented candidate with experience in channel management, partner engagement, and end-to-end sales process preferred.

Required candidate from Real Estate industry or channel partner firm for Channel Sales role.
