Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specialty chemical product lines targeting water treatment, process chemicals, and industrial cleaning segments.
Lead end-to-end sales enablement: create technical datasheets, application case studies, and ROI toolkits aligned with customer pain points.
Partner with technical teams to translate R&D; breakthroughs into market-ready value propositions and competitive battle cards.
Drive channel marketing initiatives—train distributors,



design trade show activations, and manage digital/field campaigns across key industrial zones.
Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning, pricing, and messaging.
Support bid processes for large industrial tenders with tailored proposals, compliance documentation, and technical clarifications.
