● Identify and develop recent business opportunities in Corporate, Automotive and other B2B sectors.
● Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to generate leads and close sales.
● Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable uniform and apparel solutions.
● Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
● Coordinate with the production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Conduct market research to identify competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities.
● Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports in Zoho CRM.
● Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales Experience
●Experience with uniform sales, corporate sales is an added advantage
Required Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
● Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
● Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
● Positive presentation and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to travel extensively for field sales activities.
● Proficiency in Zoho CRM tools is an advantage.
