We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate MEP works for corporate and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise MEP installation and execution at project sites.
Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
Review MEP drawings and ensure proper site execution.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Inspect the quality of MEP installations.
Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
Coordinate MEP works with civil and interior activities.
Conduct site inspections and measurements.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of MEP services and site execution.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
Positive knowledge of electrical/HVAC/plumbing/fire-fighting works.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.
