About the Role nWe are looking for an Engineer – Technology Transfer with solid hands-on experience in agrochemical formulations, process scale-up, and plant integration .
nThis is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of R&D;,



manufacturing, and contract manufacturing partners — taking processes from the laboratory to commercial production and solving technical challenges on the ground.

What you’ll work on n End-to-End Process Scale-Up
n

Oversee the R&D; process from laboratory scale through commercial production.n
Work closely with R&D; teams on process optimisation, modifications, and pilot-scale trials.n
Lead scale-up from commercial pilot to plant-scale implementation, ensuring technical feasibility and process reliability.n

n Plant-Scale Integration

Work with manufacturing teams to optimise plant processes.n
Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges during scale-up and production.n
Ensure successful technology transfer and reliable implementation at manufacturing sites.n

n Job Work Site Management
n
n
Act as the primary liaison with contract manufacturing partners
