We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Research Executive for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Research active job opportunities across the Canadian market.

Identify hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals.

Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other research tools.

Perform advanced internet research and Boolean searches.

Build and maintain employer relationships through skilled outreach.

Maintain CRM records and recruitment databases.





Coordinate with recruiters to connect employers with qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation.

Strong Internet Research and Boolean Search skills.

Excellent communication and skilled networking skills.

Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, RocketReach, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Ability to work in the Canadian Time Zone.

Preferred:

Canadian Recruitment experience

Employer relationship management

International recruitment exposure

Location: Ahmedabad (Only Ahmedabad-based candidates)

Work Mode: Work from Office
