Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
Architect solutions and provide technical direction for recent features and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the skilled growth of team members
Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' skill sets and project priorities
Foster a team-oriented and high-performance team culture

Project & Stakeholder Management




Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Manage project timelines, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks/roadblocks
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and, where required, client stakeholders

Process & Quality
Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and documentation practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and team productivity
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability
