Zeal Travel's is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Expert to join our team in Poonamallee. The ideal candidate will assist customers with visa applications, documentation, and the overall visa processing procedure while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle visa inquiries and guide customers based on their travel requirements.
Explain visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
Check and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit visa applications within required timelines.
Coordinate with clients and relevant visa authorities/consulates when required.
Follow up on visa applications and provide timely status updates to customers.
Maintain accurate records of applications and customer information.
Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and documentation requirements.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the visa processing journey.
Requirements
0 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel, immigration, or a related field.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
