Job Description
Handle service, commissioning, overhauling, and aftermarket sales of screw air compressors.
Perform installation and commissioning of screw air compressor systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot compressor-related technical issues.
Carry out servicing and preventive maintenance of screw air compressors.
Perform compressor overhauling and replacement of required components.
Inspect compressor systems and identify potential technical problems.
Ensure proper functioning and performance of compressors after service and commissioning.
Handle customer service requirements and provide timely technical support.
Generate aftermarket business through spare parts, service, and related products.
Develop and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding spare parts, service requirements, and customer issues.
