Role: Senior Consultant - ITAM & ITSM ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM modules.
Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform CMDB and Asset lifecycle management, data reconciliation, and discovery-related activities.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOA P APIs and IntegrationHub.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.




Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and agile delivery methodologies.

Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Robust hands-on expertise in ITAM and ITSM modules.
Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Discovery preferred.
Valuable understanding of ITIL processes.
ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications are preferred
