Job Overview
We are looking for an E-Relationship Associate to handle customer queries through Email and Live Chat. This is a Non-Voice Customer Support role requiring strong written English communication and valuable customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication.
Resolve queries within the defined turnaround time.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
