Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily jobs.
Guide technicians during breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
Train technicians on troubleshooting, maintenance practices and safety.
Identify prospects for machine modification, Kaizen and productivity improvement.
Support installation and commissioning of current machines and coordinate with vendors.
Identify critical spare parts and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for availability.
Maintain breakdown, PM, machine history and spare consumption records.
Monitor Breakdown Hours, MTBF, MTTR, Machine Availability, PM Compliance and OEE.
Ensure maintenance activities follow safety,LOTO, housekeeping, GMP and food-industry hygiene requirements.
