Job Description:

Project Management
Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Conduct project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Manage communication between business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

CRM Solution Delivery
Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Customer Insights implementations.
Coordinate functional and technical teams during requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.




Ensure CRM solutions align with business processes and enterprise architecture standards.
Support integration initiatives involving Azure, Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications.

Agile Delivery & Governance
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure testing strategies, UAT planning, and deployment readiness activities are executed successfully.
Monitor solution quality and adherence to requirements.
Manage post-go-live support and transition to operations teams.
