Roles & Responsibilities
Lead offshore team delivering 24x7 operations for ~1000 Windows servers hosted on Nutanix (Hyper V); act as primary escalation point.
Administer and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server estate (availability, performance, capacity, standards, documentation/runbooks).
Manage Citrix XenApp (published apps, session/performance troubleshooting, platform health, user-impact resolution).
Drive end-to-end server patching (planning, scheduling, execution, compliance reporting, audit readiness, rollback).
Own Incident/Problem/Change management, SLA/KPI governance, stakeholder communication, RCA, and service reporting.




Lead vulnerability remediation using Qualys and CrowdStrike outputs; prioritize Critical/High fixes, validate closure, manage exceptions.
Support Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 (O365) operations (mail flow/connectivity, maintenance, certificates, service requests).
Windows Server (enterprise scale), Nutanix, Citrix XenApp, patching governance, Exchange + O365, vulnerability remediation (Qualys/CrowdStrike).
Nice-to-have: IIS, Linux basics, VMware fundamentals, monitoring & ticketing tools, automation (PowerShell/scripting).

Mandatory Skills : Windows Infrastructure.
