BA/B.Com/BSc with Masters or MBA in Finance/operations/ Material Management or Equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience relevant to urban infrastructure and development projects.
Should have experience of preparation of bid documents, conduct tendering/bid process, evaluation etc. analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to review and prepare
contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliances.
Experience of handling public procurement at state government department/agencies.
