Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage and issuance of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Goods and consumables as per SOPs.
Verify incoming materials against PO, invoices, delivery documents and material specifications and complete GRN/MRN documentation.
Maintain proper identification, labelling, segregation and batch-wise/expiry-wise traceability of materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper segregation of Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, Returned and Expired materials.
Coordinate with QA/QC and Production for material sampling, release and issuance as per approved requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform SAP/ERP transactions, physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, safety requirements and warehouse housekeeping standards.
Maintain Stores documentation and support internal, customer and regulatory audits by providing required records and information.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma; B.Com / B.Sc preferred.
Experience: 0–5 years in Pharmaceutical Stores/Warehouse operations.
Skills: SAP/ERP, Inventory Management, GMP Documentation, FIFO/FEFO and positive coordination skills.
