About the Role

GROWQAI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a designer with strong roots in print media — leaflets, posters, and advertisements — who is also comfortable creating engaging static and occasional short-form content for Instagram and other social media platforms. Prior exposure to digital marketing is a bonus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Design leaflets, advertisements, posters, and other print collateral end-to-end
Coordinate directly with print vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and accuracy of print media assets
Create graphic content for Instagram and other social media handles
Support the marketing team with visual assets for digital campaigns, ads, and creatives as needed
Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital design outputs
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Eligibility Criteria
1.5+ years of qualified experience in graphic design, with a robust print media background
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent design tools); basic motion/video editing skills are a plus
Hands-on experience designing leaflets, posters, and advertisements
Comfort managing and creating content for Instagram / social media
Graduation is compulsory
Must be based in Pune or willing to work on-site in Pune — only Pune-based candidates will be considered
A mandatory portfolio link showcasing print and social/motion work
