Responsibilities:
Responsible for making calls to hospitals and clinics for follow-up regarding medical record requests after the initial submission.
Requirements:
Solid active listening and verbal communication skills - comprehending English are essential.
Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in US night shift.
Prior experience in the US medical records retrieval process OR any US voice process will be an added advantage, but this is not mandatory.
