A Head of Finance and Accounts is a senior management position responsible for overseeing an organization's financial operations, accounting functions, and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Ensuring compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations
Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
Supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
Leading audits and coordinating with external auditors
Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Implementing financial controls and risk management processes
Managing and developing the finance and accounting team

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)
Accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.)
Budgeting and forecasting

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
Skilled certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA
8–15+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
