Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L3 Sales Manager to drive enterprise IT services sales, focusing on both recent business acquisition (Hunting) and existing account growth (Farming).
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close current enterprise business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build robust relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads & CXOs.
Sell IT solutions across Cloud, Data Center, Network & Security, Managed Services, Applications and QA/Testing.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts.
Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and commercial negotiations.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM and accurate revenue forecasts.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
10+ years of Enterprise IT Services Sales experience.
Strong track record in new business acquisition and account growth.
Experience managing large/multi-million-dollar sales pipelines.
Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to enterprise sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom or Healthcare preferred.
Strong CXO-level communication and relationship-building skills.
