Our creative team crafts high-impact graphics and videos across social, web, and mobile channels—from explainer reels to campaign assets to product-led storytelling—using a mix of design thinking and performance data.

Role & Responsibilities
Design and produce scroll-stopping social media graphics, carousels, banners, and infographics for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal platforms.
Edit and package short-form videos (15–60 sec) including cuts, transitions, motion text, sound design, and brand-aligned color grading for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to translate campaign briefs into visual assets that align with messaging, audience personas, and performance KPIs.
Manage asset versioning, maintain brand consistency across multiple campaigns, and adhere to platform-specific specs and best practices.




Optimize workflows using templates, presets, and automation tools to scale output without compromising quality.
Test creative variations (A/B tests) and iterate based on engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Canva Pro
CapCut or InShot
Video editing (cutting, pacing, color correction, audio sync)
Graphic design for digital platforms (social, web, mobile)
Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance metrics

Preferred
Experience with motion graphics or kinetic typography
Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for UI mockups
Basic understanding of SEO or UGC best practices for video content
