Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using Naukri and other recruitment platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various industries. Recruitment Specialists typically handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings and manage job advertisements.




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite candidate sourcing.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.

Boolean search expertise.
Candidate relationship management.
Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
