About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency sales, partner relationship management, life insurance products, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with agency partners, advisors, and distributors.
Acquire new agency partners and strengthen existing relationships to drive business growth.
Achieve assigned premium, revenue, and business targets.
Provide product training and sales support to agency partners and advisors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency distribution network.
Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.




Maintain MIS reports and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in the Agency Channel.
Solid knowledge of life insurance products and agency distribution.
Experience in partner acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience working in a Life Insurance company.
Strong experience managing agency partners, advisors, or distributors.
An existing network of agency partners or advisors will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, confident, and capable of working in a target-oriented setting.
