Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and
onboarding coordination.
Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers and
business stakeholders to define role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, internal
databases, and other relevant channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and maintain a solid candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and offer-to-joining conversion.




Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
Track recruitment metrics including open positions, closures, turnaround time,
source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements are closed within agreed
timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives as required.
Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and overall hiring
efficiency.
