Job Description:
Influencer Sourcing & Scouting: Build and continuously grow SLOVIC's creator pipeline across Instagram and
YouTube. Identify fitness, lifestyle, home-workout and sports creators who genuinely fit the brand, using
discovery tools, platform search, hashtags, competitor tracking and referrals. Maintain a clean, well-
segmented creator database.
Influencer Outreach: Run consistent, high-volume outreach across DMs, email and calls. Personalise pitches,
follow up relentlessly, and keep the funnel moving so there is always a healthy pipeline of creators in
conversation.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Own commercial conversations with creators - barter, paid, and hybrid deals.
Negotiate rates and deliverables that protect budget while keeping the partnership attractive to the creator.
Influencer Onboarding: Take confirmed creators from yes to shipped: collect details, coordinate product
dispatch with the supply chain team, share briefs, set transparent deliverables and timelines, and make the entire
experience smooth enough that creators want to work with SLOVIC again.
Getting Videos Live, Quick: Own the timeline from product delivered to content live. Follow up proactively,
unblock creators,



run content approvals quickly, and drive down turnaround time collaboration by
collaboration.
Creative Ideation: Develop content concepts, angles and scroll-stopping hooks for SLOVIC products, and
translate them into sharp, actionable briefs creators can execute against without back-and-forth.
End-to-End Creator Partnerships: Own the full lifecycle of every partnership you open - scouting, outreach,
negotiation, onboarding, content, go-live, and payout coordination. You are the single point of accountability
for your creators.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate trackers of outreach, confirmations, dispatches, live content and
spends. Report on what is working - which creators, hooks and formats perform - and feed those learnings
into the next batch.
Trend Awareness: Stay close to platform changes, trending audio, formats and creator behaviour, and bring
fresh, relevant ideas to the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SLOVIC brand, performance marketing, and supply
chain teams to keep influencer activity aligned with wider growth goals.
