Overview: Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and governance for Okta Customer Identity Solutions (CIS), OIG, and Workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering to design identity lifecycle (JML), authentication/MFA, and Zero Trust strategies.
Architect federation, Org2Org integrations, and app onboarding using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
Design governance frameworks including Access Requests, Access Certifications, and automated Workflows.
Provide technical oversight, review custom connectors, and define tenant promotion strategies (Preview/Production).

Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Identity Governance (OIG), Workflows, and Universal Directory.
Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise IAM, RBAC, SoD, and integrating HR systems with Okta.
Preferred familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Solid leadership, technical documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
