Job Description
Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
