Job Description
We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive store expansion and business growth by identifying suitable locations, managing lease negotiations, and developing solid relationships with landlords and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and finalize new store locations aligned with the expansion strategy.
Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings.
Lead rental negotiations for both recent and existing stores.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with landlords and brokers.
Ensure commercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
Maintain a pipeline of potential locations for future expansion.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Prior experience in retail/business development preferred.
Prior experience in retail/business development is an added advantage.
