Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple distribution channels including branches, contact centers, and digital platforms
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with bank procedures
Support customer onboarding and account opening processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and verified
Cross-sell and promote banking products and services to customers based on their financial needs




Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Contribute to achieving team targets and service level agreements

Requirements
Secondary school qualification or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or banking operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a quick-paced environment
Proficiency in using banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts and weekends as required
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
