Position :Vice president,Senior HR Executive,Junior HR Executive,HR IT Recruiters.

As a Technical Recruiter you will perform full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing, interviewing and placing the candidates into current positions at our internal and clients.
Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other industry leading recruiting tools and Job
boards, to find and attract the very best IT candidates.
Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet job requirements.
Work with recruiting lead/manager to fill contract, temp to hire, and direct hire IT positions with
Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, reference checking and closing the deal.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
Utilise applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor
progress and activity.
Solid sourcing skills (utilising Boolean search logic and online job boards, networking, research)
Solid oral and written communication
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
