Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Develop triggers, workflows, and automation aligned with business requirements.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Manage data integrity, security, migration, and data operations using Data Loader and ETL tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing and ensure quality deliverables.




Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Contribute to Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
Positive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise applications.
Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Robust ownership, self-management, collaboration, and willingness to share technical expertise.
Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
