End-to-end Non-IT recruitment
Candidate sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
Resume screening & telephonic interviews
Interview coordination & candidate follow-up till onboarding
Maintain ATS and achieve hiring targets
Skills Required:
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Experience in sourcing and screening
Knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
