Job Title: EYP Assistant Teacher
Location: One World International School (OWIS), Whitefield

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Homeroom Teacher in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe and nurturing setting.
Assist with classroom management, learning materials, and student supervision during lessons, breaks, and school activities.
Observe and monitor student progress, providing feedback to the Homeroom Teacher.
Support classroom documentation, displays, and preparation of teaching resources.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
Participate in school events, meetings,



and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting (IB PYP experience preferred).
Positive communication, interpersonal, and classroom support skills.
Passion for working with young children and promoting inquiry-based learning.

Reporting To: EYP Homeroom Teacher / EYP Coordinator.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
