We are looking for a smart, professional, confident and career-oriented Tele Sales Executive who wants to build a long-term career with a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Calling industrial customers and prospective clients.
Following up on inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, references and online platforms.
Maintaining customer records in CRM software.
Coordinating with the sales team for appointments and quotations.
Sending company profiles, product details and follow-up messages.
Maintaining daily call reports and lead status.
Building strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Updating customer purchase requirements and feedback in CRM.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Sales Coordination or Business Development.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Email and CRM software.




Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
Skilled appearance and behavior.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Stable employment history.
Looking for long-term career growth.
Residing in or around Kolkata.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, lubricants, fuels, chemicals or related sectors will be an added advantage.
