Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
Actively participate in production meetings with the product development team
Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources for various projects
Develop Test plan for various tasks, dependencies, limitations, risks and obtain support from all stakeholders
Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained as per company quality management system
Escalate the issues about project requirements related to Software, Hardware and Resources to appropriate stakeholder
Organize the status meetings and get the Status Report (Daily, Weekly) from testing resource • Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
Review various reports prepared by Test engineers
Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard and Defect prevention report at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
Track and prepare the report of testing artefacts such as testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
