We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) devices to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for diagnostic equipment across Bihar.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and demonstrate IVD diagnostic equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IVD instruments.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
Attend breakdown/service calls and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Provide technical support to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
Maintain accurate service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with the technical/support team for complex equipment issues.
Train customers and operators on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize equipment downtime.
Travel extensively across the assigned territory in Bihar.
