We are looking for a Service Engineer with 2 months to 2 years of experience to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer locations.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical exposure may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, service, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints promptly.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues.
Provide basic technical guidance to customers.
Follow company safety and service-quality standards.
Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
Experience: 2 Months – 2 Years in service, maintenance, field engineering, or technical support.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of relevant technical/electrical/mechanical systems.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
