Has expertise on web-based applications using JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
Should have expertise on Struts framework or Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts preferable
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and should have expertise on Oracle database
Knowledge of UML or any other standard modeling tool though not necessary but will be preferred. His depth will vary based on experience
In depth knowledge on application servers like WebLogic & WebSphere will be an add on
Good to have, knowledge on other development tools like ANT, JUNIT, Cruise Control etc
