We are looking for an experienced Technical Writing Team Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, client interaction, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technical writers.
Handle direct client communication and requirement gathering.
Assign projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Review technical documentation for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Coordinate with clients, SMEs, and technical teams.
Mentor team members and monitor team performance.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Solid client interaction and team management skills.
Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with Cloud, SaaS, DevOps, or IT documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹736,310.15 - ₹2,295,460.44 per year
